On 24th May 2008 at age 2 3/4 years, Quinn passed his Endurance Test to gain his new Title of 'ET'
Under Judge Mr Ian Staniforth (Vic), Quinn successfully completed his 20 km test of endurance, run by the Hungarian Vizsla
Club of Vic at KCC park Vic.
The endurance test comprises of a vet check then an obedience test at the very start followed by 3 running stages, (8km,
6km,and 6km) with the dog running alongside the handler who either runs or rides a bike. This is done with a pacesetter in
front of the line of entrants who all ride single file, in catalogue order for the duration of the event. After each stage
the dog must also pass a vet check.
At the completion of the running component the dog must then perform another obedience test to pass, showing willingness
to work after running such a distance .
This successful pass was achieved after many hours of pre test fitness training in the lead up to the event, of which
Quinn thoroughly enjoyed.
